When you arrive in Santa Barbara this afternoon, transfer to your hotel to settle in and then feel free to explore all this charming coastal town has to offer. With art woven throughout the entire city, Santa Barbara is an art-lover's paradise.

DAY 5 SANTA BARBARA
Today you will discover the enchanting seaside haven known as Santa Barbara through a sightseeing tour. Visit popular hotspots, like the Santa Barbara Courthouse, Santa Barbara Zoo, Museum of Natural History, Old Town, and Old Mission. After your tour, you'll have the rest of the day to enjoy Santa Barbara's great shopping, chic restaurants, and exquisite art galleries at your leisure.

DAY 6 SANTA BARBARA > PASO ROBLES
Travel to the station and board Amtrak's Coast Starlight to Paso Robles, one of California's hidden gems. The fertile valleys and long stretches of Pacific Ocean shoreline provide a stunning backdrop for your journey. Upon arriving in Paso Robles, board your included transfer to your hotel, and then spend some time exploring the quaint town square, which offers lots of charming shops and delicious restaurants.

DAY 7 PASO ROBLES
Fancy yourself a wine connoisseur? Then, today is just what you need! Enjoy a celebrated Paso Robles wineries tour, which includes visits to between 4 - 6 different award-winning wineries. Winemaking is a way of life in Paso Robles, and this tour will not disappoint. A leisurely vineyard picnic lunch is included. After your wine tour is complete, head back the town square for more shopping.

DAY 8 PASO ROBLES > SAN FRANCISCO
Today you'll enjoy a day tour of the legendary Hearst Castle, one of the most historic estates in the U.S. This beautiful mansion, otherwise known as La Cuesta Encantada—Spanish for “Enchanted Hill” was designed by architect, Julia Morgan for newspaper tycoon, William Randolph Hearst. Hearst Castle features 165 rooms, 127 acres of gorgeous gardens, and a renowned art collection. Afterwards, head on to San Francisco.

DAY 9 SAN FRANCISCO
Explore all San Francisco has to offer on a sightseeing hop-on, hop-off tour of this magnificent city. With a full day to complete your sightseeing, be sure to take in any last sights you haven't yet visited. This evening depart on the shuttle from San Francisco to Emeryville to meet the train and begin your journey back to Seattle.
